        5.2 Suspension and Termination

        Partner restaurants are responsible for:

        • Preparing and ensuring product quality.

        7.2 Drivers

        Independent drivers are responsible for:

        • Safely transporting orders.
        • Maintaining their own vehicles in good condition with valid insurance.

        Zapply Food is not liable for damages, delays, or improper conduct by drivers.

        8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

        All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of Zapply Food or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
